Over the years, we have used designed, created, deployed, documented, trained and supported over 500 technology improvements ranging from linking Excel files, creating Word templates and fill-in form fields, to creating Access applications to track client data - sales, events, contracts, financial etc


Examples

Customer Order Form: Using Excel and VBA code, we created a user-friendly customer order form which manages minimum quantities. With the press of a button, it creates a standard txt file and opens the upload web page which the customer uses to upload his order.


Dealer Facility Action Proposal: Using Microsoft Access linked to Outlook, and ODBC connections to source systems, this Access database allows field personnel to input a proposed change to a dealer facility. Outlook automatically sends emails and adds calendar reminders based on user choices. The system tracks next steps and provides a history of all activity. Multiple status reports are available.


Market Action Tracking: This Excel template file was developed for dealers to track all their marketing actions for a year. It included a budget and planning page whose budgeted and actual numbers updated based on spending. It included individual pages with dynamic drop-down choice boxes based on the type of marketing action chosen. It included the ability to add or delete market actions and print summary reports.


Net Operating Loss Tracking: This Access database tracks the net operating losses for a Fortune 500 company for its divisions in 30 states and multiple municipalities. It tracks the net operating loss usage expiration date, takes into account the unique state laws, and when portions of each net operating loss is used over the years. It creates summary reports that show usage projections for the upcoming years.


Grant Management Database: This Access database a tracks over 300 grants for a non-profit organization. It tracks the start and end date, monies and dates used. It tracks their status and provides summary reports.
