Education Delivery

Overview

It’s simple….we teach people how to use end-user technology tools to improve what they do in order to save time and money.

Our success is attributed to three important factors:

  1. 1. Knowledgeable caring staff of instructors who are experts in software products as well as in adult education philosophies.
  2. 2. Customized training to include topic choice and exercise / example content which increases the level of learning and retention for our students.
  3. 3. Blended learning – a blend of instructor-led, one-on-one coaching, and distance learning.

Where We Teach

We teach in a live classroom with students in attendance

We teach via the web in order to reach a larger and remote audience. (Even in this type of training we are able to incorporate customization and student practice.)

We teach in recorded “snippets” of how-to steps for specific software. Many of these snippets are linked into client-specific applications and used for just-in-time help.

We teach in recorded e-learning training sessions which we design and record complete with exercises.

We teach in a one-on-one coaching session which is tutoring to employees who need to complete a project and want quick guidance along the way. Many times we consult on the correct product to use and teach to complete that task, documenting all the steps along the way for ease of sustainability.

We teach when we are second-tier help desk support for Microsoft Office products
